[Some day between 7-13 October.] Strand Theatre, London. The Beatles see the play 'A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum'.
1964
'A Hard Day's Night' LP number 1, 12th week (UK Record Retailer chart).
18.15 and 20.45. Concerts at the De Montfort Hall, Leicester.
Brian gets the British representation of the American group New Christy Minstrels, and plans to take them to the UK for one week of radio and television promotion in January.
1968
Studio 2. 7.00pm-7.15am. Recording: 'Piggies' (overdub onto take 12); 'Glass Onion' (overdub onto take 33). Stereo mixing: 'Glass Onion' (remixes 1, 2, from take 33); 'Rocky Raccoon' (remix 1, from take 10); 'Long Long Long' (remixes 1-4, from take 67). Mono mixing: 'Glass Onion' (remixes 10, 11, from take 33). Producer: George Martin; Engineer: Ken Scott; 2nd Engineer: John Smith.
